Whats the bird catcher for? If the carbs are suck through and have their filters on top I am not seeing how the turbos would pressurize the blower assuming that rod is connected to the throttle.
Or am I missing something?

IIRC, its a 1/2 & 1/2 system. Charged at low rpm, till the turbos pressure overcomes the chager's pressure.
