I have a few more crashes til I need shoulder surgery, unless I finally blow it apart in a hard one. sad thing is my right is the ac separation, but my left is the really sketchy one.

motorcross is awesome. you have to wad up to tier up and get faster.

No loss of range of motion, but I am aware of my limits when lifting weights and doing shoulder exercises.
