First time I saw it this morning there was also a "Volunteer Police" car out front with it and a bunch of idiots trying to look like cops running around. Came back a few hours later and it was still parked there. I asked my neighbor about it and he said his friend that lives on that street had complained about drug activity at that house (explains why it looks so bad) so that was the neighborhood watches solution.
Whatever, not my side of the street. Don't care.
