FWIW, I've seen the acceptable facial hair sign at a bunch of different sites(not just Nabors). Never noticed the "not gender specific" part of it though. Most of the sites I go to are cool with having the monitor and quick safety briefing. I had one site where the company man wanted m to go get a H2S certification and shave before returning to the site to work on our equipment - which was literally 5 ft. outside his door. Luckily my contact came up and said the system was online and cleared me to leave without doing anything.
