The lake has been fluctuating for years, but it's VERY low. When i was living there less than 10 years ago the water level was 40+ feet higher than it currently is, if not more.

It will now be at the lowest its ever been since originally being filled... and only 30' away from minimum height to generate electricity. But living and farming in the desert is practical.
