Yeah I agree. The tank is actually not bad at all after I cleaned it out. Another $70 would have allowed me to get a new tank but he has a $1000 budget and I am already at $1200 and have yet to start the car.
He just wants it running and driving so he can sell it. Clean old one owner 73 Vert with a 351 Cleveland and never been in a wreck and has no rust.
