Very true statement, I tend to forget this a lot since I live in a fairly remote area compared to city / metroplex folks. While the radio is fast, it's not much good if there aren't any units close enough to the vicinity to help.

Pretty much, all you need is enough distance to clear a hill and turn before the chase car top the same hill. The only reason a person gets caught around here (that pulls a good gap on the law) is ignorance usually.
