              You can get your current DMC fully repopped or buy a new one now. When DMC got shut down everything got shipped to a warehouse (I think San Antonio) and now a company will make you a new one. Pretty cool IMO

                Costs about $25,000 last I heard, for a "brand new" 1983 DMC.

                    Can you transverse an LSx?? I know the Northstar is common for this swap because its a FWD, but an LS would be a difficult task I would think.

                        LS4 in the some middle 00s Impala SS was FWD LS.

                        Don't forget about the orange Fiero that was posted a few months ago with a custom transverse LS7
