Hmmm, I think I've heard of the great depression before. That was George W's fault, right?

Took a different way out of the neighborhood this morning that takes me down some streets with houses built at least a decade before our section of the neighborhood.
There's this one house that has always been a rundown POS. Always at least 2 Towncars with busted rear airshocks, there was a SBC on a tire out there for a while, and of course the fat white trash lady in a mumu at random times.
A couple weeks ago the house got gutted. Big dumpster out front and everything was getting thrown in. Foreclosure I guess?
Well this is how today went.

Sad that someone can destroy a house so bad that it's cheaper to tear it down and rebuild something new than to fix what's wrong with it..."Laws that forbid the carrying of arms...disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes...Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants; they serve rather to encourage than to prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed man." - Thomas Jefferson, 1776
