Here's my uncle w/ his '72 Stingray. He was a RIO in F4s.
The car is still in his garage also.




And I've been told he was backseat when this pic was taken.




Post Navy he went on to the defense contracting side (electrical engineer) and did controls and guidance for some big missile projects at TI and Raytheon. At family dinners growing up I remember watching in-flight test vids from China Beach and other test ranges out west... that shit was so cool. These are some of the mission patches that he gave me.
