  • Name the motorcycle? My dad circa 1979-80

Guess my dad was a pimp back in the 70's.
Anyone know what bike this is? He painted the armadillo on it himself.

Lol, at the pile of wood. He just bought that house and tore down the shed while wearing that suit.

Most people I talk to have nothing but good things to say about you, but you sure come across as a condescending prick. Do you have an inferiority complex you've attempted to overcome through overachievement? Or were you fondled as a child?

You and slow99 should date. You both have passive aggressiveness down pat.

I have a similar picture of my dad, I'm wanting to recreate it. Anyone have a 1980 Yamaha xs850? Lol

He played in a band called Storm Bringer. He also did sound for multiple bands and played the harmonica for a slew of bands. The lead singer of the Fabulous Thunderbirds asked him to play on stage with them one time and I think that was as famous as he ever got.
I would like to re-create the bike eventually. But I cant spend the money on it right now. I need to buy a 2nd service truck so all my extra cash is tied up in that. But if anyone does happen to know where a cheap H1 is then please let me know. I remember him saying he had a Kawasaki 500 so it must have been a 500.
