Looks fairly intact to me. That there is a successful landing in my book.

I'm not entirely sure what all can be placed on a minimum equipment list. Im sure it varies by aircraft. You tell me since your the pilot how all that works. I'm just the lowly mechanic that has to fix it.

I prefer my wings to be rotating above the aircraft, not sliding down the tarmac behind them.

Torqued, cotter-keyed, safety-wired, and torque striped.

You're either saying it when torquing them, or someone else is saying it when it comes loose.

All I found is this ---
                        Last Update: 2015-12-16 2217 GMT
An Iberia Airbus A340-300, registration EC-GJT (at the time of writing, the aircraft has been reported on zero times on AeroInside while Iberia has been mentioned at least 19 times in total) performing flight IB-6025 from Madrid,SP (Spain) to Rio de Janeiro,RJ (Brazil), was enroute at FL340 about 100nm eastnortheast of Nouakchott (Mauritania) when the crew needed to shut the #4 engine (CFM56) down due to the oil temperature exceeding the maximum limit. The crew descended the aircraft to FL290 and reurned to Madrid for a safe landing 7.5 hours after departure.

Nope, I'm talking about the Iberian A-bus that decided to remove a winglet by using one of our 777's.
