Ahhhh, we can MEL that right wing......... ops checked good, returned to service. Might need a FCF.
I think that the depth of contaminants exceeds the limitations of the aircraft. Maybe.............

Yes, no injuries, pilot didn't radio anyone on the ground, airport was closed for snow removal. Pilot just decided to land anyway.
