[rant on] I agree with arresting/charging the old dude, but that moronic, neck bearded, dumb ass on the bike needs a little "attitude adjustment" as well...
Not only passing on a double yellow, license suspended, no motorcycle rating on the suspended license, but then has the nerve to say "I pass on the double yellow all the time..."
Plus, his actions severely injured the passenger on the bike with him... and she's a dumb ass too for getting on a bike with that idiot.[rant off]

and don't get me started on the biker/cameraman... "What are you doooooing?"Last edited by mardyn; 10-21-2015, 08:29 AM.

The crazy shit I see riders do on the back roads makes all of them look bad.
No, you don't swerve and intentionally hit someone on a bike (the older I get, the more I just try to get out of the way since I can't tell which ones are the idiots and which ones are level headed.) - but the riders are not sweet and innocent either.Originally posted by MR EDDU defend him who use's racial slurs like hes drinking water.

The distinction between 'cause', and 'at fault', should be noted. The biker didn't 'cause' the accident, but could be considered partially 'at fault'.
I have definitely heard of situations where someone that is DUI being found at fault for an accident, even though they did not cause it, because in theory they should not have been on the road.Last edited by Chili; 10-21-2015, 09:52 AM.

It's the same concept as when someone talking shit gets hit. I'm not talking about someone saying "I'll kill you", i mean someone insulting you, disrespecting you, or something equally stupid.
You have to know there is some dumb mother fucker out there who at some point will turn to physical violence. That does not excuse the act of violence, but you understand that it would not have occurred if someone wouldn't have done something to anger someone else.
In this case, two morons on the road had an encounter. One was breaking the law, and meth vigilante was angered by that and took action. His actions are just as illegal, and not excusable, but you have to admit that taking the passing action (which was illegal), was the catalyst for someone getting angry and acting out. As a bike of that age, and if you assume he's been riding for a long time, he has to be aware of road ragers. He has to be aware that some people on the road have a negative attitude toward them.
Without that biker breaking the law, he'd be fine. No, he (and his passenger mostly) did not deserve what happened. If he had been a legal road law abiding citizen, his trip would have ended as he expected it to.
This takes absolutely no blame at all from Crum. He is an absolute piece of shit.Last edited by CexMashean; 10-21-2015, 11:43 AM.sigpic
