Some laws should not be treated the same for certain bikes. Most Harleys need not apply. Those who have never been on or understand what it's like to be on a bike should picture themselves in their car surrounded by loaded 18-wheelers with drivers clumsily weaving in and out of lanes while pecking on a cell phone.Comment

How can anyone with half a brain claim that the biker was even partially at fault for that accident? Since when does passing over a solid or double line do anything to cause another car to swerve out of their lane to the left? I mean, if he was passing the old man and it freaked the old man out and he swerved AWAY from the bike, then maybe, and a very longshot maybe, you could put some kind of blame on the biker for an accident happening.
Just because the biker did something illegal doesn't mean he is in any way responsible for the accident. It only happened because the old man was a fucking piece of shit maniac. That's it. I hope he gets raped in prison.Comment

William Crum, 68, of Granbury, has been charged with two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon for the incident, which happened Saturday, Oct. 17 about 5 miles north of Granbury and was caught on camera by Brian Fisher, another motorcycle rider traveling behind Crum.

Didn't Zimmerman actually fake a little remorse? I think if there was a video of him burubing "I don't care" and showing no emotion to the situation there would have been a very different outcome in his murder trial.
The old man is done when a DA gets a hold of this video. If he wasn't jailed at the scene its a real injustice no matter who had what license or broke what road law. That act is pure evil... bee sting or pelican in the road, whatever.. lolComment
