Fuckin' bro-dozed golf carts. I never thought I'd see the day, yet here we are.

Well folks, it's been a good run, time to burn this motherfucker to the ground.

I would do a utv, but a golf cart is worthless, speaking from years of golfing and course-mudding.

reason I would do a golf cart is that I go to week long flying events where the bathrooms are over 1/4 mile from my tent, and I don't want to waste time when I need to shit!

I would generally agree with you. The only reason i have one is that i live on a coarse and in a community that its conveinent to use almaost daily. My kids use the shit out of it.

Here's my gas 2000 1/2 Club Car DS. My son and I got bored a few years ago and tore it down to make it our own. Family uses it around the neighborhood and when we go camping. Most campgrounds we go to don't allow UTV's or ATV's but will allow golf carts.

Just recently put a Vegas Carts big block kit in it. Did 35mph with two people on it. Steering is WAAAAAAY scary at that speed though. It's kinda tempermental as well. But serves a purpose I guess. LOL

What are the pros/cons going gas vs electric? How much can you save buying a old model beater and building it up vs finding one finished for $4k on Craigslist

With gas you have to keep more fuel on hand for it. Electric batteries go bad after about 5 years.

Just depends on what you want it to do and what deal you can get. My cart was a running cart for 500. So even with a controller and motor upgrade, new batteries and wheels I'd only be in it 2500. If I wanted to do all those and bought them new.
