Dunno who that is. Its quite possible I dont care but I might. I get from World Pac and Rock Auto and Alcon and everythings been cheap as hell. Well the trans fluid is kinda nuts at $7.50 a bottle.
But yeah, this car is most definitely not for everyone or even most. My brother wont even drive it! LOL
Whole time at the dealer he was trying to get me to buy the 2015GT they had. If I could have thrown down $31k on the table and not be stuck eating ramen than I probably would have. Those are so fucking sexy. Alas i only had 16k to play with so I settled for this turd.

I did not realize the older RS6 could be had in the US. Thought it was europe only. Nice ride.

Give me some time to finish sorting it and I will go to a couple track events to get some time slips. I have nothing to back it right now so I am fine with the BS calling. I understand the need for proof.

Now I know they arnt mine but on youtube there are several videos with RS6s with far less modifications doing 310+ KPH on the autobahn. There are several videos of mid 11 second RS6s that are tune only and bad drivers. The cars were rated for 0-60 in (IIRC) at 4.8 seconds but a couple magazines pulled of 4.4 seconds. In the RS6 groups I am in many are clocking sub 4 second runs again with less mods.

Now this car has (and everything is the best of the best): Full Miltek exhaust ($1600) with oversized super high flow cats ($3300), custom dyno tune and transmission tune (super fast shifts above 70% throttle) that should have been around $3500-$3800, forged diverter valves, upgraded center differential, the weight of the hydraulic suspension is gone and now has Bilstein coilovers and the brakes were upgraded to really high end Alcons that weigh much less than the stock Brembos. Car is running 100-180 HP over stock (450), and who knows how much more tq. These things stock have all 440 ftlbs available by 2000 RPM.

I didnt want to test max boost today with the Vagcom because I want to do the timing belt first. A 2000-7000 WOT RPM run in 3rd is a lot of stress. Once I have that data record I can send it to THE Audi tuner and he can tell me exactly how much the car makes.

In the mean time I would love to find an AWD dyno thats open on a Saturday and do a few runs. Anyone know of any places in Waco or Temple that do it? Hell of a drive to Dallas. Would be fun on a "Dyno Day" though.

Nice looking car and good luck with it. Are they good cars? I know the Mercedes and bmw's have allot of problems. What year is it?

Its a 2003. They are good cars but are more expensive than say a Cobalt to service every year. After I am done with everything it should stay solid enough for the next 5 years. Timing belt is every 35k and I will probably only do 6k a year on it so will only change the oil and all filters once a year.

But it being a used car (nobody sells their car cause its perfect) I have had to adjust the brakes, fix a door switch, replace the slider clips on the sunroof shade, replace the output shaft seal, service the trans, hunting a small fuel leak (pretty sure hat seal but tank may have a crack on top) and next week I am doing the full timing belt service. Thats water pump, thermostat, 3 pulleys, two tensioners, belt and gaskets. I think thats all I have had to do.
I will have to take it in to have the tires rebalanced tomorrow as both front ones I knocked off by accident when they hit the caliper. There is maybe 2mm of space between the calipers and wheel.
