Also I can see why the Audi "tech" could not put my exhaust back together. It took a special trick. I had to grab each pipe and slip them together and then tighten the single 15mm nut. Very complex, I could see his issue.Good judgment comes from bad decisions and a lot of that comes from bad judgment.

"Oh Bill, can you figure out this starter issue, the only thing I am good at is getting drunk and embarrassing my entire family..." Since she is running so damn fine now and gladly defeating anything that had tried to run it this weekend (nothing exciting, just average slow muscle cars) I decided it was pamper day and ordered some things I wanted and some things that bothered me. The rubberized coating on the lock button, one dummy pannel and the mirror switch had been scratched and looks bad so I ordered all new OEM stuff from this amazingly cheap place that was suggested to me.
The RS6 badge on the wheel had worn paint so I polished it all off. Looks neat but I still ordered an OEM red and black badge too.
Also have a bunch of audio items on the way to add the third amp. Love KnuKonceptz stuff. Just excellent quality interconnects and power wires.
Last but not least, a full function display so i can read EGTs, boost, IATs, A/F or pretty much anything I want plus read and reset codes all from a tiny touch screen gauge.
Now its time for a taco run!Good judgment comes from bad decisions and a lot of that comes from bad judgment.

Prolly. Looked like a Z06 with the badge and all. I did just have the windows re-tinted so I couldn't roll it down to get a good look. Just saw the swoopy shape with a mullet waiving out the window and the strong smell of old stale Budweiser.

Well my plan for today was to just install my PLX gauge system. Car had other plans. I noticed it was a bit down on power on the way to my shop so I got it on the rack to check what I suspected it was.
Pulling out of my friends house last night the bottom of the nose hit the ground with a loud thump. I checked to make sure nothing was leaking but didn't notice the intercooler hose clamp snapped. Sure enough it had. Luckily I had a set of nice T-clamps left over from a previous build. Reason number 362 why I need to buy a new belly pan. LOL
So with that fixed it was time to install the gauge. Let me apologize for the crappy pictures I took with my potato. I will try for better ones in a better light latter. One down side is the gauge does not seem to read boost off the OBDII port so I will have to buy the boost module I guess. System does work well though otherwise. The OLED display is nice and crisp and the touch screen is easy enough to use. I like it. The pictures do no justice as its colors match the dash perfectly.
