I tell ya there are some days where you meet someone and all you can do is think of different ways to kill them. Get off work and I am hot and hungry so I stop at Stripes because I like their chicken salad sandwiches and needed smokes anyway. So I park on the far end away from everyone else because I dont like door dings. I sit

So whats the Readers Digest version of the snatch napkin debacle?

BTW, I already bought a new driveshaft and am just going to fix everything the fucked up when it arrives next week.

EDIT: Was the Snatch debacle the one where shenaynay called him out and bet money and then made all kinds of stipulations and then said something about lock in money and then shenaynay just pussed out and never showed or paid the money but tried to make a big show of pretending to pay him money like he just tried with me?
In the simplest form, Rodney talks a whole bunch of trash on here that he doesn't have the sack to say to someone's face, and tells himself "it's just the Internet," in an effort to feel less of a prick than his actions show.

I try to give him and anyone the benefit of the doubt, but here he is again, with the same ol' leapoard spots.

I'm tellin' ya mang, RS6.com, Audizine, Audiworld, RS6 owners club, C5 owners club, C5 enthusiasts, C5 Community, Stangnet, Here and a few other places the whole story is out there. Wish I was a member on yellow bullet as those guys get nuts with this kind of stuff but i dont want to join and my very first thing to be about getting help bringing down the ego of Audis service manager.

Its spreading fast though. Some friends that had no idea about this contacted me on FB because their local car club in Cali or Hawaii or New York has links posted to them about my situation with this dealer. A couple dozen members have called the dealer and spoke with the manager stating how they did me wrong and that the car is too well documented to be in perfect shape for them to try and pull what they are pulling.

No telling how long it will take or even if anything will happen at all. A contact on my RS6 forum has a nice driveshaft that looks to have good CVs sitting on the shelf sinc he has done the manual conversion. He only wanted a couple hundred for it plus shipping so i told him I will take it. It has 100k on it but I cant drop $700 right now on a new one and I really want to drive my car.

None of those even come close to something like Twitter. Audi could care less about an enthusiast site but you could reach hundreds of millions on actual social media. I'm not on Twitter but I have seen other companies get slayed on there and make it right

I have never even been on twitter or read a twat. Now that naynay is blocked I shouldn't have to read any twats.

It is on their FB page though. Guess I need a twitter account.

I really have no hopes at all that they will make this right by me but I do hope others learn about their service department so that they dont have to go through what I just went through. But everyone says thats just how dealers and shops are. Its really sad because I go out of my way to take good care of my customers and only once did I make a car worse after a repair but it wasnt due to negligence. Was an Astro with 260,000 miles that had Dexcool mixed with regular coolant for over a year as well as transmission fluid from a blown trans cooler in the radiator. We had to clean the system out and the gunk in the system was what was keeping the intake gasket from leaking coolant into the intake runner. After we cleaned it i had to inform the customer the bill was going to be triple because we now HAD to do intake gaskets. Wasnt my fault, was owner neglect, but I still felt bad for having to tell him that and i discounted the hell out of it to help him out.

He is a long time repeat customer though and knows we dont lie or cheat so he didnt question it. But I get first time customers all the time that are timid like a beat dog due to how the dealer has done them. When they get their car back the same day and its fixed with no extra charges and it stays fixed they more often than not call me or stop by a week or so latter just to thank me again and they usually bring someone with them that also needs work because we treat them right.
That was why me and my friend started this company, we were just sick of seeing friends and family get ripped off over and over again by dealers.

              • Just got a letter in the mail from the service manager that was sent Tuesday. Typical form letter saying how great they are and when AoA contacts me for the survey that they expect 100% positive feedback due to their excellent service and that I should call him directly if I feel there is any reason they dont deserve a perfect score so that he can make it right. LMFAO!! That ship has sailed!

Good friend works at a VW dealer and said those surveys will make or break a paycheck at any Audi/Porsche/VW/Lambo dealer. Glad I gave them zeros across the board.

he would still need the help of someone who is already established on a platform. i can post 1 stupid ass picture and have 200+ likes by lunch and over 20 shares, and who knows how far it goes from there. his best advice came from the helosailor, and that was to lawyer up.

Exactly right. You're going to do more damage with a scathing Google review.

                      • So glad I cant see anything that worthless piece of shit is saying because there are several things I am certain of.
                        1. It will make no sense.
                        2. It will be written in such a way where he is intentionally trying to piss me off while trying to look like he is not.
                        3. There will be a pot shot at me and/or my shop.

Get the fuck out of my thread you fucking waste of space. The best part of you ran down your mamas leg.

You have nothing of any value to add to any thread, you are hated by ALL members, you are a coward, you are a looser, you never have any idea what you are talking about and are simply not wanted here.

I do not understand why you are this way as i have met 3 year olds with more common sense. I dont know if it stems from your mother not breast feeding you enough or your father breast feeding you too much but the world would be a much better place if you were not in it.
