Man there is nothing worse then being a mechanic and letting someone else work on your car.

Said with the car in the air they can spin the rear tires and see the drive shaft moving. Tried adjusting carrier bearing position with no change. Awaiting leed tech to finish meeting and inspect car. Sounds like they damaged the carrier bearing when they removed everything.
That car didn't have the slightest hint of vibration before. Not at any speed or accelerator position.

I wanted to check up on how long before it started to eat your lunch in maintenance costs, so I'm scrolling through the thread and saw it on a tow truck. Yep, here we go...

The RS6 is behind me on a $400 flatbed that took nearly 3 hours to get there. I drove the car, any acceleration makes the car vibrate like you were driving on those cut marks in pavement. They also blew up my $3000 McIntish amp. Just super loud high pitch squeek through the speakers. I trouble shot it while awaiting the truck.
The exhaust leaks like crazy and the exhaust support bracket is resting against rear sway bar. I see it maybe 1/4" of the center section coupled. I point this out and that my tail pipes are sticking out 2" more and hanging 2" lower. They put it on the rack and tech blames aftermarket exhaust. Says its slip fit and not supposed to come apart. I shit you not, he said that. He then snapped at my tech who was showing him how to push two pipes together that he can take it to an exhaust Shop because it ain't stock and poor aftermarket stuff. That's when I instructed them to set the car down, tow truck is in route.
Most incompetent group of idiots. Had 5 techs, two service writers and the service manager all under the car modding with the tech that does not know how to slip two pipes together.
I am so beyond pissed.Good judgment comes from bad decisions and a lot of that comes from bad judgment.
