  • F*ck thieves... LIKE A BOSS!

Can't find an embeddable (is that a word?) video so you'll have to go to the link. Summary: guy gets robbed. Theives take off on foot. Victim goes all GTA on them - 30mph?

Two suspects from an armed robbery are behind bars, but it's what happened after the crime that landed the victim in jail as well.

Robbery with a twist: Both the suspects and the victim are in trouble

    RIO RANCHO, NM (KTRK) --
Suspects from an armed robbery are now in jail, but a bad decision by the victim has him facing charges as well.

Video from a New Mexico home caught two men running down the street when a black car hits them, launching one of the men into the air.

Police tell ABC affiliate KOAT-TV that Quinn Chavez, 18, was behind the wheel.

"Oh that could have been a fatal injury, very easily," said Rio Rancho police Capt. Paul Rogers.

Police say just minutes before the crash, Chavez and his passenger were robbed by two men they hit. The robbery took place at a nearby park.

Police say the men robbed Chavez and his passenger at gunpoint before taking off on foot. Police say Chavez then followed the suspects in his car, and used his vehicle to run them over.

"You're never excused when you're using your vehicle as a weapon," Rogers told KOAT-TV.

The two suspects in the video were not seriously hurt, and both are in police custody. Because of his impulsive move after the crime, Chavez also faces charges.

"You're never excused when you're using your vehicle as a weapon," Rogers said.

Why would using a car be a problem. They could have shot them, correct? Deadly force is deadly force, whether they use a gun or a car. *IMO

maybe akin to shooting someone in the back as they are running away?

That's legal, isn't it? In Texas anyways. As long as you are trying to stop them from getting away with your stuff.

If I remember correctly it has to be at night for that to apply. Why... I dont know. Personally, fuck the thieves. They got less than they deserve in my opinion.

Remember kids, when in or near ALBQ, it is only ok to act like a vigilante if you are wearing a badge. Otherwise, fuck yo couch (and other chattel).

If you're going to shorten it then at least use something that universally recognized.

As did I.. And I am guessing Craizie did too, or wouldn't have known to correct him.
