Big F'en deal, I have gone nearly as fast with no cylinders.

JK; I love seeing guys go fast with 2.3 SOHC engines.

The B234 head? I used to pull them at the junk yards and sell them to people wanting to do that swap but I never considered doing it myself. I got a SVO high port essy head early in my era of screwing with 2.3s and never felt the need for anything else. That is the fastest folvo that I have ever heard of much less seen.

How much work does it take to the bottom end to support that? Rods/piston/crank/girdle?

Better rods and pistons, stock crank and a partial filled block Matt has a breakdown on his whole setup. He uses a ported stock head

He was making 400+hp for a long time on a 300k mile junkyard motor, Holset turbo and n2o. I am not sure what all it has now.

                              EDIT 400hp not 5
