My boy at 4 y/o caught a 2.5ish foot gar (kid called it shark fish) on Texoma one evening.
On a boat - no gloves...only a machete. Got it on boat with net, but the hook was stuck in it's snout/nose. Yeah, NOT calm/quiet fish. I was just to the point of going to cut the line and throw it back in (by any means necessary - even if the net had to go with it) - it went bezerk for about 10 seconds and the hook came out.Originally posted by MR EDDU defend him who use's racial slurs like hes drinking water.
