I am quite surprised the officer was willing to walk along in front of the perp with his back to the guy the whole time as they exited the restaurant. It seems they had no idea whether this guy was armed or not. The guy could've pulled it at any time in the restaurant and shot the first cop in the back before the cop in the back knew what was happening, had it been a real gun.

The chick cop thought her TASER was her pistol and then couldnt draw and shoot until the incident was over. And she was fat.
