                            Not sure about the others, but I obviously knew it wasn't RC when I clicked on the link, and I have seen that filter used (and discussed) on here before. It was just an observation.

                            I actually got excited when I first saw the pic because I thought it was RC, and was thinking that may be pretty cool to have.

                              Yes, they do have Tilt-shift filters on Photoshop. They even IG and other photo sites (these don't give the full effect though, since they don't use the tilt-shift lens).

                                Why would something like this be useful? Can't you just tilt the camera?
