A guy I work with has had two of the Challengers. I can't remember what models as he owned them before he came here but both had terrible issues he said. First one the frame broke and the second one blew the head gaskets twice in under 10k. Both were low mileage and replaced under warranty.
    Whos your Daddy?

Zr1 looks to have slightly got the hit... I could see how OP mentions it a drivers race. Thanks for sharing.

About what one would expect from a car that cost twice as much new and a car that weights 1/2 a ton more than the vette. Good runs through, the hellcat stock has hurt a LOT of c7z06 fags feelings...lmao.

I was concerned and as I mentioned, it is a driver's race. It's easy to haul the mail in an 8A Hellcat, so you need to be on your A game with a stock ZR1 or C7 Z06 to pull it out.

I love it the Hellcat and wouldn't mind having one for a daily at some point in the future. Waiting for more durability/reliability reports from my buddy and other owners.

Okay, it does have a harness bar, lighter battery, and SRF brake fluid. I returned to car to street set-up a few weeks ago from road course set-up (stock alignment, pull off lightweight exhaust, seats, harnesses, etc.) Tires are new Michelin super sport ZP's, so it was hooking nicely. Those are the only mods. Powertrain is 100% stock down to the factory air filter.

Most ZR1's make 540-560rwhp depending on dyno. This one (21st Century Musclecars seems to read a touch high). My buddy used the same dyno for his Hellcat and made ~670rwhp through the automatic. Definitely underrated at 707hp fly. I want one.

Agreed on the driver's race, those cars are definitely underrated and I'd love to have one for a daily. Been wanting find one on the road to run my viper against but I haven't seen to many around here....

Makes sense...I edged out a Vette about the same year as yours not to long ago...but just realized it was a Grand Sport...not a ZR1 lol
