We sit 17' away from our 70" and I'd like to go 80", but it works.

50" Plasma in the living room, at 15'. 120" screen in the theater, with the projector at 15'. The throw on the Benq W1070 is underrated.

No complaints sitting 13' from my 92"! It's hard to imagine watching movies or games on anything much smaller, normal TV viewing I could probably live with a 70".

I'm happy with my 55" at roughly 12'. I could go 60-70 I'm sure and be happier, but eh, I don't watch that much tv. Mainly just football and I'm normally moving around watching it.

We did look at a house today that had a 70" in it and if we bid and win I might have to upgrade. And that living room was smaller than what I have now. It just fit the space well

73" here in the living room and I'm shopping for a bigger alternative. Ordered a 75" LED few months ago but it got damaged in shipping are they were out on stock. Also have a 110" screen in the theater room but it's projection. Smaller than 70" would just seem wierd in a living room, 48" I think in 2 bed rooms.

65" in the living room. 2009 Mitsubishi WD-65837. Replaced their "Diamond" line, towards the end when they finally stopped making DLP's. Which kinda sucks. You could get the WD-65637, the WD-65737, or the ...837. I always wanted to try their laservue, which iirc, was also a type of DLP but was $4k instead of $1.8k. Supposed to use lasers instead of light bulbs. Also supposed to be a lot better, but I never got to see on in real life.

And you know what? Its too small. I need to replace it with an 85-90" 4k. As soon as I come up with $16k

65" LED sitting 11ft away. It's okay, but I want to go bigger. Will probably move the 65 into the bedroom at some point. We don't watch tons of TV, but I want it to look good when we do.

70" 11' away. Not too bad. Helps to have a decent sound system as well. Next one will be at least 80".

70" over my fireplace. excuse the mess in the living room. My couch sits about 15' from the fireplace. My kitchen and dining area is behind there opened up so its nice that we can see it from the kitchen too

I thought the same thing.. Must be a big fireplace and high ceilings, throwing the scale out of wack.

Scale can really mess with photos of TV's, this is a 70" in an outdoor living space I did. Most who see the photo don't believe that's a 70".
