Everyone says how evil an HOA can be, I think this is an instance where they would be in the interests of the community who pays their dues to have the HOA start wrecking lifes. If a home owner of that neighborhood is behind this, I hope they are held responsible for whatever they can make stick on them. Even if it is paying to have the pool cleaned and retreated.
