This is a sad situation! Indeed a death that could have been avoided at many stages along the way. The thing the resonates with me in all of these shootings and listening to most people on this board is they just don't give a shit about police authority. I have done some really stupid things in my younger years and have been drawn on before and I can assure you at the moment the gun left the holster I was scared shitless and at complete attention to what I was being told. Nothing will make me understand how you can be worried about pulling your pants up when you have two pistols pointing at you. It's an attitude that is becoming increasingly common and will just lead to more senseless deaths.
