Look all you want, she can't find anyone else who treats her as bad as I do, and I keep her self esteem so low, she wouldn't think twice about going anywhere else.
Yup. Meant it or not his actions cause someone harm and he should pay. all this in a borrowed car too.
I agree he should be punished, but in the same way that someone can be charged with manslaughter instead of murder. Intent should always be considered when charging and punishing.
I think he should be financially responsible for the mans bills (something he couldn't do if you just locked him up for 6 months), license suspended, and probation.

So make him pay for all of it, make sure the biker is well compensated. THEN lock him up for 6 months. Win/win.
