I'd bet what set off the bmw driver was when the douche biker ran his mouth, and then moved up in front of him, not allowing the driver to cuss him right back.

I know that would set me off. I have thick skin so I wouldn't care if someone were to cuss me out, but not sticking around to hear what I have to say back would get under my skin quick.

Yea, people are acting like the drive went into punisher mode and was getting ready to kill the guy, when in reality he was probably just trying to scare him and misjudged the distance. Still a complete douchebag move, but it's not like the guy went full Hitler.

So there I was cruising on My Kawasaki.
Saw this dude on his phone like a damn walkie-talkie.

He was texting, emailing, Facebooking, and swerving.
He had Instagram open, it was very unnerving.

He was tweeting his momma on that new Google Plus thing,
And posting about Obama on DFW Mustangs.

He had Craigslist open, and even Amazon Prime.
Did he forget he’s in Cali? That’s a serious crime.

So at the next red light I split lanes on my bike
To go tell this dude something that he didn’t like.

“Get the fuck off your phone, man! You’re driving a car!”
Then I thought it was over, but it wasn’t, by far.

Within thirty seconds of that light turning green
I was flat on the ground with a dislocated spleen.

I sprained all three elbows, and messed up my hair.
That jerk ran me over. That shit isn’t fair.

I got appendicitis, the AIDS, even ruined my new hat.
And bronchitis! Ain’t nobody got time for that!

I got crutches, a wheelchair, and a hoveround too.
This stuff isn’t cheap, what the hell can I do?

I’m clearly a victim, with the road rash to prove it.
Don’t send cards or flowers, but your cash would be groovy.
