While my intitial thought is that it is fake...now not so sure. First thing I noticed is her grabbing for the door handle of the car as if she was trying to get in. Strange to throw that part in in a fake video. She saw the car as a safe haven and her flight response tried to get her into that vehicle. Upon realizing that she could not effectively get into the vehicle her fight response took over at which point she turned on the would be assailant. Lucky for her her wasn't trying to harm her and only get a nice ass shot for us. The last thing is that she just threw her new (assuming as much since she is carrying a Verizon bag) phone at him as he was running away.

Someone mentioned that they thought it was fake because she tried to pull her skirt back down as she ran at the guy. I would agree if she had actually stopped and pulled the skirt down, but what she did was just a cursory attempt at pulling it down.

Plus in the lower right hand corner of the video, something has been blacked out. Probably a date/time stamp is my guess. It could be fake, I wasn't there...only my observations.

I have a couple of points:

1. I think he knows her because he was too comfortable doing that. Notice how he got in really close, and hung in there a while to make sure the skirt was pulled up well.

2. It looks like she threw her keys at him. So, you were just violated and you want to give your attacker the keys to your car and home?

She threw her phone at him which makes me think it wasn't staged...who would throw an expensive and possibly new (Verizon bag in her hand) phone for a staged video. I am still leaning towards real.
