If it was made to compete with the GT500 I can't see it being $60K, that's Vette price range. It looks better than an SS but it's still butt ugly and the interior isn't any better. GM is still disappointing.

It'll be at least 20,000 more I would guess, my car stickered at 37,8. That's the only thing they havnt mentioned yet, the price. The cheaper the better right?

I didn't drive the car because it was my wifes request, at the time we were racing I had a brand new baby and too many mouths to feed. I am sure your well aware that I've been way faster then the Camaro ever was.

In regard to pricing and speaking from the point of view of actual sticker price, with the base V8 Camaro in the mid to high 30s and the CTS-V Caddy in the low $60s up to $70K with the same engine, I'm going to guess that sticker on this car is going to be $52-55K. That puts it right in the area of the GT500 and makes a lot of sense in comparison to both the base corvette (a little less) and the GS corvette (a little more).

I'll bet that after all the mullets get their cars on a 7 year note, you'll be able to buy one new in the mid to high $40s. Not that I would ever buy one because the next GT500 is going to rape this car in the mouth.

There is no information yet. But do the math-

The 5.0 cars make tons of power with aftermarket blowers
The Camaro makes ~559 horsepower with its CTS-V engine
The Camaro will be at roughly the same price point

The 2013 GT500 will be 600 hp IMO and the Camaro will probably be close to that number as well since it should be easy to get.
