In a lot of states, that's a major no no. Major breach of the peace, which unfortunately isn't allowed here. I wish we were allowed to use force and intimidation.

As for who notes that out, the POS's are easier to note out than the nicer stuff, but you run into shit like this. I stopped doing cheap cars and cheap payments, haven't had much of an issue since.

There's got to be more to this story than just missed payments...at the end she is tell the cops "I revoked my bond". I'm wondering if the car title was in someway used as collateral towards a bond, maybe even a bail bond, and that was the reason they were taking the car.
