Nope there were no chicks at all. And I really didn't do to much work. They spent quite a bit of money to get me out there to look after the anchor operations, but they went ahead and started before I got there and had already moored all 8 anchors and pulled them all in prior to my arrival.

Except for 2. I got there with about 3 hours left of operations to watch. My team rebuilt the mooring winches that moor the rig to the ocean floor. They'd been doing it for 3 days already.

So I just hung out for a couple days and waiting on my ride back

gotta love international oil field service... in the month+ I was in Egypt, I "worked" maybe a week? LOL

Thanks Henry! Yeah man life is good and I feel very blessed. That shit doesn't agree with me and it took tearing it down a couple of times really bad to come to that conclusion. I was just about read a couple of years ago and in a lot of anguish. In fact it was exactly 2 years ago I lost my girlfriend's car while on xanax, ambien and opiates. Just woke up walking with a set of keys in my hand and no idea where the car was or how I got there. I made it out of all that mess and don't wanna go back. I spend time when I can going down to treatment centers talking about a new way of living. Not to help them, but to help me!

I'm gonna build up something again someday so stay tuned!
