        We used to have a .500 Nitro Express double rifle and that thing kicked like a pissed off mule on meth! One of my dad's buddies (approx. 5'10 250 lb.) accidentally pulled both triggers the first time he shot it and it put him on his ass.

            Just for reference, here are the rounds



            I've shot a lot of different large caliber doubles in my life but I couldn't image doing it out of a hand gun, with that being said, I'd love to try.

              Meh, I've got a 10 ga with an 18" bbl and a pistol grip. That thing is child's play if you know how to hang on to it

                Can you post a pic of that round next to a .450 Marlin? I know what that kicks like but need to see the difference to fully understand the potential of pain.
