I'm just here to start shit too lol. That's main reason I come here. You can't do this kind of stuff on any other site. Its amazing the admins even want to put up with it...hmm. Never really thought about it, but I wonder why they do. Put up with it. If he had a c spine fracture it is likely it was high enough to kill his respiratory drive. Diaphragm innervates around c3-c4... spinal cord injury above that will shut down your diaphragm. That means you need ventilated. Look at his pale and cyanotic face towards the end. The OPA in his mouth means no gag reflex... maybe could have saved him if they were able to supplement his breathing with a bvm. Maybe not but it's obvious he needed ventilatory assistance.
