For those that don't know the back story, look here.
So I went out and test drove another Mustang GT, Challenger R/T ScatPack, slightly used Caddy CTS VSport, and a used CTS V coupe. And what do I end up buying? Another pickup...
This is a new 2014, so it was a great deal. A Laramie Longhorn 4x4 with the air suspension. Pretty sweet.
It really came down to me picking practicality over having a toy. Even when I had a Mustang, I was never a track guy. I was in love with the idea of doing that but I never did. My last pickup was probably the best vehicle I had owned until now. With this one being a 4x4, my brothers and I will be getting together to go hunting and camping a bit more often. My wife and I were already planning to buy a small off road camper.
The only real issue here is that my wife is in love with this truck. She wants to drive it. She thinks I should commute in her Jeep.. haha.
I plan to do a few updates to it soon. A tonneau cover is a must. I'm toying with the idea of getting a diamond back SD or HD cover. The HD supposed to be strong enough that you can store an ATV on top of it. Does anyone have experience with that? Kinda pricey at $1500 and I don't own an ATV...... yet.
A few pick before I get banned..
