He's not some woman. I think we all know that women are typically less violent than men. And with 3 kids in there? Nothing would have happened. The guards would have just told her to get lost and she would have, or the cops would have been called and made her. No one wants any of that action. If he's so innocent, why come back and run more people over? He could have just cut his losses and left.

How do you know that? Could have been a dead end, a car, another pedestrian there. You weren't there and the video does not give clear evidence in either direction.

Also i hope none of you people jumping to hang the guy ever serve on a jury. Assuming and judging on unknowns is not how you get to a guilty verdict. Even if the guy in general is a pos and deserves to be in jail. He has to he proven guilty.

If there was a prior altercation and Suge drove in hot, like the video displays, then they can claim self defense, showing him to be the aggressor - history supports this. And it doesn't seem reasonable for you to want to kill him, but neither do most of your fabrications.

Not true. The courts would be asked to determine whether the "blonde white mother of 3 in the middle of the hood acted in a manner that was reasonable when looking at a blonde white mother of 3 in the middle of the hood while under attack?"

Versus, "Did the know aggressive criminal thug in his neighborhood act as a know aggressive criminal thug reasonably would if under attack?"

And you get two very different answers. Once is viewed as a victim, the other as the aggressor.

And his attorney is going to have a really difficult time painting Suge Knight in a light of respectability that even John Wiley Price would get. The defense will have to establish that he didn't have malice aforethought (the fact that he showed back up destroys this argument).
Plus the defense would have to prove 3 elements (as in they are all required to establish a defense), which are being killed, suffering great bodily injury, or
being raped, maimed, robbed, or the victim of some other forcible and atrocious crime. His damage wasn't severe enough to keep him from driving off. Other than that, he can't claim accident or insanity. Further, the dude that he killed wasn't even involved in any kind of physical contact.

They'll offer a plea for 2nd degree murder and he'll be an idiot not to take it.
