I don't see how he could get out of murder because of this. He could have just drove off out of there and to the police station to turn himself in if he was afraid he was about to be shot. To me it seems fairly evident that he was simply angry about the events that took place. He was going back to patch things up with someone who was (if successful) going to make him money. He was denied that, violently. He was kicked out of the place, for previous bad behavior. I have my doubts that those security guards just immediately jump to punches and death threats as soon as they're confronted with a situation where they outnumber whoever they're dealing with. It all seems to add up to him just wanting revenge, then driving off.
If he'd been punched so hard he couldn't see straight, he wouldn't have even made it that far. Unconsciousness would have likely followed.WHComment
