I've jumped out of planes having engine failures.. just like i have landed in planes having major problems. Actually, landing in an overstressed airframe (twin otter that pulled 6-7G) was probably one of the stupidest things i did in my skydiving career.

You can hear the secondary setup on the audible altimeter going off and that's going to be at 2,500 to 2,000 ft.
