Had you actually read the story instead of spreading mis-information, they did tazer him initially. Dude went full crazy on them. That video conveniently starts after the initial assault on officers by the victim, including the guy going for the officers' gun.

But yeah, I'd say shooting him 5 times while he's on the ground was a bit excessive.

If you listen you can hear the officers say drop the gun several times. This was supposedly a robbery suspect. When the first cop confronted him he flipped out the other cops show up and the fight was on. While on the ground fighting the officers apparently one of them dropped their gun or he grabbed it and he fired first.

Now this is all hearsay and I wasn't their but if true I'd say it's a clean shoot.
