My turbo 86 Mustang

Bought this car back in October. 302, 5 speed, blow through carb set up. Motor has a B cam and GT40p heads. Its a ON3 kit with a master power 70mm turbo. Currently making 8 pounds of boost. The interior is mint but its red. The carb was giving me problems so my wife just bought me a new Quick Fuel carb for Christmas. I also have a powerglide for it now with a trans brake. I'm hoping I won't dislike driving the car once I put the glide in it. Just cruising it to work is all highway 110 mile roundtrip. The goal is to run mid 6's in the eighth and still be a true street car. Hopefully this spring I will find out.

Thanks guys. It needs a paint job. I'll paint with in a few months once I decide which red to put on it. Also having a hard time debating on leaving all the trim the factory dark grey or painting it black.

Just don't mess up the get side mouldings when removing them to paint. It used to be a real bitch finding them

Its a cool car. I would rock it. But I feel I would fail as a DFWM member if I didn't point out that the interior is not mint. Seat is torn and faded and collapsed. Dash is missing parts. It has holes drilled in the dash. Dash appears to be warped and/or cracked. Arm rest lid is coming apart and the passenger seat is missing.

Lol. The seats are faded. I have the interior all apart installing a new msd box and cleaning up some wiring. The dash is fine. The car has 58,000 miles. Doesn't really matter though since all the drivetrain has been changed out.

Thanks Eric. Been debating on converting the interior to black with 03 cobra seats. Also thinking of spraying the same red on the body that's on your Mustang.
