I was looking at the DJI Phantom 2 Vision+ V3 and really wanted one but at $1300 its quite a bit out of my toy price range. Seen several videos of people losing them and the GPS system bringing the quad back home.

At $600 .... well $700 after shipping, that Storm is about perfect for what i want just missing the GPS system. That and it uses regular RC batteries so they are cheap and easy to get plus nice quick chargers are cheap.

I did pull out my QX today and replaced its motors. Threw a charge on all 7 batteries and went to have fun. The dang batteries were all shot though. Guess sitting for 6 months and not being maintained they just gave up. At least those tiny LiPos are only $2 each. LOL

The Storms are just getting into peoples hands and i have to say, they are a killer setup. Very responsive and seems to have great range. I have to order one tomorrow.

One of you ballers needs to get one! I am a brock dick and I just ordered all the FPV stuff as well as batteries today. Gonna order the Storm tomorrow.
Lucked out and scored the Lilliput 694 monitor with cloverleaf antenna and battery pack for only $140 brand new! Quad and battery buzzer plus video mount are $497 after shipping. All together its under $650 for a high performance FPV quad. Hope it gets here by Christmas cause thats how i want to spend it. LOL

I was about to say, "I wonder how many times he crashed shooting that video", and then I saw the end and chuckled. Dude's got some serious skill, but no one gets that lucky with that many close calls without angering the RC Gods.
