28 year old picture of 1983 Mustang GT

I bought this 1983 Mustang GT from Westway Ford new for under 10 grand. Added the dinky ass Enkei wheels. Remember this was 1983. No one had all these 17-18 inch wheels. I loved the car. Drove the shit out of it. Yes it had the lame 7.5 posi rear. But the engine was way improved from the 82. At least it had a 4bbl Holley carb. After this car I bought a 1989 LX hatch 5.0 and a 1991 GT Mustang and a 99 Cobra all new. Bad mouth me and the car if you want but the 83 GT was a damn nice car for the day. I know there has been tons of 4 eye pictures on the old site. Let's see some more. It's just a picture.

I had a brand new white '83 GT we bought from North Central Ford...8 months after my new '82 GT was totaled. You're right...4bbl+5 speed was a lot better than the old 4 speed 2 bbl from '82. They were quicker than that weak-ass Camaro Z28 that was out.
