Holy shit, Danny!!! Those pics are bringing me back! That one pic has Dad's old GT and his red coupe just before it got stolen. Remember Mom and Dad came back from Vegas and picked it up and it got stolen that night? That pic was the last day he owned it!

LMAO @ the turbo 4 emblem!!! That was too pimp at the time. Not very many people got it. I also remember standing on top of that 2.3 in front of Danny's house, jumping up and down, trying to get the bigger T-Bird intercooler to fit. The look on the faces of people driving by was priceless!

I can remember kicking tires on a brand new 82 GT at Arendale Ford with my sister. I tried my best to convince her that she couldn’t live without it. Being a woman she failed to appreciate the precise logic of my arguments and choose instead to rely on her feminine decision making skills – the same skills that have seen her married and divorced 3 times - so she ended up buying an EXP.
Later, in an act destined by fate, I would end up crashing it into a parked truck.

I'm the minority here and was glad to get rid of mine. The T-tops leaked after a couple of years, the door grips would occasionally pop off, the door handle itself was plastic and would occasionally strip off track, the hatchback wouldn't stay up...etc.

EXP is a 2 seater. Just as slow as an Escort but only half as useful.

Hell yeah man. That was crazy that it was stolen. Whatever happened to that old blue GT anyway? Did you sell it to Cruz?

I also remember you slicing your finger off while helping me do a head gasket on it! I have some pictures somewhere of Trey sitting in that car when it was in the storage warehouse. Remember going to Discount Tire in Richardson with my mom and I to get my new tires - in her van? LOL!! I remember a grease fight under the car and the street racing video that your brother rapped over. Good times.

Chris Johnson got the old GT. But ya, we had some good shit going on. Post up the one of Trey. He just finished Driver's Ed.

Will do. I'll have to dig it out and scan it.

I think the crappy fit of that hood really takes away from an otherwise clean looking car.

I loved the car. Drove the shit out of it. Yes it had the lame 7.5 posi rear. But the engine was way improved from the 82. At least it had a 4bbl Holley carb. After this car I bought a 1989 LX hatch 5.0 and a 1991 GT Mustang and a 99 Cobra all new. Bad mouth me and the car if you want but the 83 GT was a damn nice car for the day. I know there has been tons of 4 eye pictures on the old site. Let's see some more. It's just a picture.

Man that's awesome! Best 83' I have ever seen!
