              At mark 1:30 you can tell the back axle is going to hit the traffic barrier wall. He either was not paying attention to the back after his turn or he didn't move over after the turn fast enough.

                  Looks like the left wheels of the tractor were about on top of the center lane divider stripes...I'm thinking that load was dog tracking significantly to the right....probably shifted from that hard left turn.
