Yup. Happened to a friend of mine. Had his car packed to the roof because he was moving. They scattered all his shit along the highway, emptied boxes, ruined gifts for family, tore his car up. And then left.

Not a snowball's chance in hell will I consent to any warrantless search.

All you anti FTP guys are in for a rude ass awakening one day. Don't come on here either after you get your rights violated and cry about it.

Shitty police work to say the least. They were looking for a guy without a description? One cop was a douche who deserved the 'tude thrown back at him. The other cop was like "so you saw the whole thing but don't want to assist us in any way? Fuckit, you're neighborhood dude, I'm out!".

I thought that was humorous. What's the point of wanting the ID to see if he's the bad guy if you don't have a description nor name of the accused?

Serving the public is not what they were about. Conjuring up some suspects so they could play tough guy and get an arrest is all they were doing.

Sure the camera man was a douche, but I would bet he's dealt with this kind of behavior from local police before. In these instances, it's best to play one against the other if either officer shows some type of rationale. Just tell the fat cop "I'm not answering any further questions from you.".
