    It clears, but required a highlift kit to be installed and a jack shaft opener. And in this picture the roof of the white car has about 1" of clearance before it hits the ceiling.

    I've made it work with less ceilling than in that picture. It's a snug fit though.

    Mine isn't much either, just a suburban house garage but I am way happier with it now than when I bought the house.

    Before (yes, those are bathroom cabinets)



    Repainted the walls, work was remodeling all their kitchens so I took their red cabinets home for free



    put down "liquid granite" floor covering and some red epoxy,






    I get compliments on it, but I mainly like it because it is way better than before.
