I know you guys are not going to believe this but I destroyed my transmission today it was acting weird and and the first pass was a 11.53@120. Only problem was that was in 3rd gear.... The entire pass! After my burnout the tranny went into limp mode. A/F looked fine so I stayed in it . Next pass issues. Next pass it spun then hooked then issues so I got of it. Next pass it launched, shifted then slipped like hell
Ended up burning the 3-4 pack and breaking some hard parts too
Luckily I brought a spare so it's back in the car but I broke the hot terminal on the starter so it's getting a new starter in the morning then we will try again

Got the tranny in and starter in went for a highway drive and blew off a a puller line. Fixed that on the side of the highway and made a pass and car left in 2nd gear so I got out of it. Think that's fixed and going for another run

Ran a 11.81@120 leaving at just over idle.. No burnout or anything just rolled out
so we left and are headed to Topeka

Keep in mind we have it turned down so I can run an average of 11.60 all week (I don't have a cage)

I just checkes the weather for thurday im only 2 hours from great bend. 58 degrees for the high as of right now.
